p. 130, last paragrah, "They both have..."

p. 132, under Solution, after the first paragraph, the equation given ( 2x + 3(2x) = 6 ) should equal 8 (not 6)

p. 145, first paragraph at the top of the page: "Now we look at a more complicated problem in which we need to use elimination twice to solve for our first variable..." (not "out")

p. 150, problem #14, second sentence: "The sum of the second and third digit equals the first digit, and the third digit (singular) is one less..."

p. 163, last sentence before the boxed in definition at the bottom of the page, "We can have different types of shapes, but there are three special types of matrices which (not "with") are defined below."
